We are having a quiz night to raise funds for The Learning Tree on Friday 27th April. This will be held in Arbroath Bowling Club, Dishlandtown Street, Arbroath.

Don't worry if you don't have enough people to make a team, we will be happy to make up teams on the night.

Hope you can come along and support us

Our next pop up book shops are on from Tuesday 17th April to Saturday 21st April 2018 and Tuesday 24th April to Saturday 28th April 2018.

We will be in OB's, 19 West Port, Arbroath from 10am - 4pm on each of the days.

Feel free to come along and browse our huge selection of books and CD's. There is also an opportunity to have a cuppy and a cake while you sit and chat with friends or read your books.

Looking forward to seeing you there

We were delighted to receive a very welcome boost to our funds from The Colvill Charity. Mr Ian Ballantyne came along to our book sale on 1st June and presented a cheque for £750 to the Learning Tree Volunteers who were on duty at the sale.

This money will be put to good use and help us to progress with the aims of our organisation.

We had another 5 successful days at our February pop-up book shop. The pictures below show our volunteers and visitors who all helped make it a great learning opportunity for everyone

Volunteering Celebration Event

A huge thank you to Voluntary Action Fund for allowing us the opportunitiy to bring all our volunteers together to recognise the fantastic effort everyone has put in to develop The Learning Tree to where we are now. Here are a few pictures from the night.

Pop-up Book Sale

We had a pop-up book shop from 13th - 17th December 2016. The shop was very successful and our learners enjoyed the experience of getting some further training while our book shop was open.

A huge thank you to everyone who supported our shop and we look forward to the next one very soon
